Summary/Objective

 

Concerto is seeking a Staffing & Operations Coordinator to join its team! The Staffing & Operations Coordinator is based in Concertos corporate office in and is an integral member of the Concerto corporate team. The Staffing & Operations Coordinator supports Concertos Vice President of Operations (VPO), manages scheduling for the entire region, and supports with logistics and operations for the region, as needed. The Staffing & Operations Coordinator will report to the VPO.

 

Essential Functions

  • Utilize Concertos scheduling software to create a staffing schedule for all Patient Care Technicians and Registered Nurses in the region;
  • Conduct employee investigations at the various units across the region, as needed;
  • Help develop and build systems for the region;
  • Project management coordination for market;
  • Assist the VPO with any additional operational tasks, as required
