Your Role
As a dialysis Nurse, we’ll rely on you to supervise dialysis care in accordance with policy, procedure and training and in compliance with state and federal regulations. You will also take responsibility for the unit and work collaboratively with all members of the hemodialysis healthcare team, providing supervision of care given by dialysis technicians and assuming a ‘hands-on’ role in your work while fostering a team approach to patient care.

Your Growth
Orientation/Onboarding
We deploy a comprehensive orientation process that lasts one month and includes one full week of instructor-led training, at least five days of in-unit training with a preceptor, and various check-ins to ensure you’re on the right track.
Continued Support
Your successful learning process is important to us, and we want to make sure you’ve developed the skills you need before delivering independent patient care. We offer competency-based training that covers safety, regulatory compliance and dialysis best practices.
