Your Role
As a Dialysis Patient Care Technician, you will function as a key part of the hemodialysis health care team and will be relied on to administer safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients. You will train and work under the supervision of a licensed nurse, ensuring a continued adherence to Concerto’s policies and procedures as well as all regulatory compliance set by state and federal agencies.

Your Growth
Orientation/
Onboarding
We provide comprehensive dialysis training and a thorough orientation process that lasts 3-4 weeks and includes instructor-led training, mentorship from nurses and preceptors, and periodic check-ins to help you continue succeeding in your role.
Continuing
Education Support
We’ll fully cover your American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and you’ll have access to our Concerto University where you can keep growing your skills with virtual courses. Plus, you’ll be able to cross-train to continue learning.
Clinical
