Key Roles
Renal Social Worker
In this role, you’ll provide much-needed emotional support, counseling, education and care coordination for dialysis patients and their families while collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team every day.
Renal Dietician
As an in-house dietician, you will develop individualized nutrition plans to address patient needs, provide comprehensive education on renal diets to patients and families, and partner with the clinical team to improve overall outcomes.
Facility & Water Specialist
You’ll be relied on to maintain the dialysis den and water treatment systems to ensure a fully compliant and safe patient care experience, lending your skills and attention to detail to provide reliable and uninterrupted patient care.

We set you up for success with a comprehensive, multi-week orientation process that includes one dedicated week of instructor-driven training, and we build your responsibilities progressively so that you have time to master competencies.
Continuing
Education Support
