Thorough Orientation
We rely on a detailed, comprehensive orientation process that lasts approximately one month and includes one full week of instructor-led training, self-paced training, and a minimum of five days of in-unit training with a preceptor.
Strong Training
We use a progressive learning approach that allows adequate time to develop the skills you need before delivering independent patient care, as well as competency-based training that focuses on patient safety, regulatory compliance and best practices for dialysis care.
Reliable Checkpoints
Your growth is built from a standardized curriculum that ensures consistency across facilities, and you’ll have access to personalized feedback through our Clinical Operations Nurse mentorship program, plus periodic check-ins.
Mentorship Process
Your dedication comes with real opportunities to keep growing. After one year of service, individuals with positive reviews and consistent demonstration of ‘Concerto’s High Notes’ behaviors are eligible for a mentorship/preceptorship program.
Credentialing Support
We want you to feel knowledgeable and confident year over year, and that’s why we provide financial support for certifications and fully cover your American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Plus, you’ll get unlimited access to Concerto University, where you can take additional self-led virtual courses.
